When you use tinytrailadventures.co.uk, we may collect:

• details entered into the questionnaire, such as child name, age, theme, reading level, location type, available spaces, party size, duration, and favourite thing;
• checkout and payment status information from our payment provider;
• technical information needed to operate the website, such as basic logs, job references, browser details, and error information; and
• messages you send us if you contact support.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment details, fraud prevention data, and related checkout information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We use information to:

• create and personalise the printable adventure pack;
• process payment and confirm purchase status;
• create and provide the download;
• help with support requests and technical issues;
• improve the product, safety rules, and user experience; and
• protect the service from misuse, fraud, or technical problems.

The product is bought and set up by adults. We ask for limited child-related details only so the PDF can be personalised. Adults should avoid entering sensitive information about a child and should only provide details they are comfortable using in a printable party activity.

Printable packs and job data may be stored so the file can be created, downloaded, and supported after purchase. We aim to keep created files only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, troubleshooting, and payment records.

We may use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, generation, storage, email, and error monitoring. These providers should only receive information needed to perform their services.

We use non-essential analytics and advertising tools only after a visitor accepts those cookies. Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, button clicks, form progress and checkout flow. Microsoft Clarity helps us review anonymised session recordings and heatmaps so we can identify usability problems. Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising performance and understand whether Meta ads lead to site visits, checkout starts and purchases.

We do not intentionally send child names, favourite things, free-text answers, exact hiding locations, payment card details, or clue content to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel. We also use a privacy-minimised first-party operational funnel log to understand whether the service works and where visitors abandon the create and checkout flow. This records anonymous aggregate events such as page usable, form started, step completed, checkout started, and purchase confirmed. It uses a random tab-scoped session ID stored only in sessionStorage, not cookies or localStorage, and does not send this ID to advertising or third-party analytics providers.

The first-party funnel log does not intentionally store child names, email addresses, exact hiding locations, free-text answers, full URLs with query strings, IP addresses, full user agents, advertising click IDs, or persistent visitor IDs. Campaign labels may be stored only after sanitisation and only for aggregate operational reporting.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, where required by law, to protect the service, to process payments, or to respond to a support request.

You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. If you reject non-essential cookies, the site should still allow you to create and buy a treasure hunt.

We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information, but no website or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Adults should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

We may update this policy as the product changes, including when we add or remove analytics, email delivery, storage, payment, or support tools.
