Tiny Trail Adventures
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information tinytrailadventures.co.uk collects and how it is used to create and deliver personalised printable adventure packs.
Last updated: 29 June 2026
1. Information we collect
When you use tinytrailadventures.co.uk, we may collect:
- details entered into the questionnaire, such as child name, age, theme, reading level, location type, available spaces, party size, duration, and favourite thing;
- checkout and payment status information from our payment provider;
- technical information needed to operate the website, such as basic logs, job references, browser details, and error information; and
- messages you send us if you contact support.
2. Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment details, fraud prevention data, and related checkout information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and personalise the printable PDF;
- process payment and confirm purchase status;
- generate and provide the download;
- help with support requests and technical issues;
- improve the product, safety rules, and user experience; and
- protect the service from misuse, fraud, or technical problems.
4. Children's information
The product is bought and set up by adults. We ask for limited child-related details only so the PDF can be personalised. Adults should avoid entering sensitive information about a child and should only provide details they are comfortable using in a printable party activity.
5. Generated PDF storage
During this MVP stage, generated PDFs and job data may be stored temporarily so the file can be downloaded and tested. For production launch, we should use a clear retention period and a durable but time-limited storage system, then delete generated files when no longer needed.
6. Service providers
We may use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, generation, storage, email, and error monitoring. These providers should only receive information needed to perform their services.
7. Analytics
If analytics are added, we should update this policy to name the analytics provider and explain what is tracked. Analytics should be used to understand visits, conversions, errors, and product performance.
8. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, where required by law, to protect the service, to process payments, or to respond to a support request.
9. Your choices
You can contact us to ask about personal information connected to your purchase, request deletion where applicable, or ask for help with a generated PDF. Contact support@tinytrailadventures.co.uk.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information, but no website or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Adults should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product moves from MVP to launch, especially when adding analytics, email delivery, durable storage, or additional payment and support tools.
