Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for personalised printable digital adventure packs.

1. Digital personalised product
tinytrailadventures.co.uk sells personalised digital PDF activity packs. Each pack is created using the details you provide, such as the child's name, age, theme, location type, available spaces, duration, and party details.
Because the product is digital and personalised, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. Once generation or download has started, refunds may not be available unless the product is faulty, not supplied, or your legal rights require otherwise.
2. Immediate generation and download
By purchasing, ticking the terms checkbox, and continuing to checkout, you request that we begin creating and supplying the personalised digital content as soon as payment is completed. You acknowledge that cancellation and refund rights may be limited once the digital content has started being generated or supplied.
3. When we will help
Contact us if:
- you paid but did not receive access to a download;
- the PDF cannot be opened;
- the generated file is incomplete or technically broken;
- the same payment was taken more than once; or
- there is a clear technical failure in the generation process.
Depending on the situation, we may regenerate the PDF, provide a replacement download, help troubleshoot, or issue a refund.
4. When refunds are usually not available
Refunds are usually not available where:
- the PDF has already been generated and supplied correctly;
- you changed your mind after purchase;
- you entered incorrect or incomplete details;
- you no longer need the activity;
- you printed the PDF incorrectly or had printer issues outside our control;
- you decided not to use the hunt after reviewing it; or
- the activity was not suitable for your location and should have been adapted or not used by the adult host.
5. Safety and suitability
The parent, guardian, or host is fully responsible for checking the pack before use and deciding whether every clue, hiding place, instruction, object, and activity is safe and suitable. A refund is not a substitute for adult safety review, adaptation, or supervision.
6. How to request help
Email support@tinytrailadventures.co.uk. Include your order reference, the approximate purchase time, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not remove or limit any legal rights that cannot be excluded. If consumer law gives you a mandatory right to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, we will respect that right.
