Tiny Trail Adventures

Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how tinytrailadventures.co.uk works and the responsibilities that apply when you buy and use a printable adventure pack.

Last updated: 29 June 2026

1. Who we are

tinytrailadventures.co.uk provides personalised printable children's activity packs, including birthday treasure hunt PDFs. These terms apply when you use our website, complete the questionnaire, purchase a PDF, or use any materials we provide.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a personalised digital PDF activity pack. The pack may include parent instructions, clue cards, a map, printable tokens, a certificate, safety notes, hints, and other printable pages. No physical product is posted to you.

The pack is generated from the information you provide. You are responsible for checking that all information you enter is accurate, appropriate, and suitable for your child, guests, home, garden, venue, and event.

3. Parent or host responsibility

The treasure hunt is a printable entertainment activity only. It is not childcare, supervision, professional safety advice, education advice, event management, or a guarantee that any activity, hiding place, room, object, clue, instruction, or suggestion is safe for your circumstances.

A responsible adult must review the whole pack before use. You must decide whether every page, clue, hiding place, object, route, instruction, token, material, and activity is safe, age-appropriate, accessible, and suitable for the children taking part and for the specific location where the hunt will happen.

You are fully responsible for setting up the hunt, adapting it where needed, removing or changing anything unsuitable, supervising children at all times, and stopping the activity immediately if anything appears unsafe or inappropriate.

You must not use any clue, hiding place, space, object, or activity that involves or is near hazards including sharp items, medicines, chemicals, cleaning products, appliances, ovens, heat, fire, water hazards, fragile objects, electrical hazards, roads, vehicles, high places, climbing, locked spaces, unstable furniture, restricted areas, or anything else that could be unsafe.

4. Adult supervision required

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the activity. You are responsible for deciding how many adults are needed, whether children should move together, whether any area is off limits, and whether any child needs additional support or adjustments.

5. Personalisation and generated content

We use the details you provide to create a personalised PDF. Generated wording can occasionally contain errors, awkward suggestions, unsuitable phrasing, or assumptions that do not fit your home, venue, child, guests, or event. You must review the PDF before printing or using it.

If anything in the PDF is wrong, unsafe, unsuitable, unclear, or uncomfortable, do not use that part of the pack. Adapt it, remove it, or contact us before using the activity.

6. Your right to use the PDF

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the PDF for one private event or household activity. You may print copies needed for that event.

You must not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, copy for other families, use commercially, or claim ownership of the PDF or its contents.

7. Payment and delivery

Payment is taken before the personalised PDF is generated. After payment, the website will attempt to generate and provide a download link. Generation times can vary. If the download fails, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

8. Refunds and digital content

Because the product is personalised digital content, refund rights may be limited once generation or download has started. Our refund approach is explained in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects legal rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Availability and changes

We may change the website, product, themes, price, wording, generation process, or these terms from time to time. We may pause or stop the service if needed for maintenance, safety, operational, legal, or technical reasons.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tinytrailadventures.co.uk is not responsible for how you set up, adapt, or run the activity, or for any injury, loss, damage, accident, disagreement, disappointment, printing issue, event issue, or other consequence arising from your use of the PDF, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You agree that you are responsible for reviewing and supervising the activity and for deciding whether it is suitable for your circumstances.

11. Contact
